Moving You beyond the status quo

​​Columbus, Ohio native, a student of Public Administration with more than twenty-five years of profit and non-profit management experience. I have a great desire to engage the growing needs of communities by encouraging creative partnerships between municipal, business, nonprofit and neighborhood resources. I am an accomplished conference and workshop speaker, and author of seven published books, and many training resources on developing leadership, customer services, entrepreneurship, volunteer management, cultural awareness, and relationship building. I am the co-founder, CEO & publisher of READY Magazine (  a quarterly print publication in all 50 U.S. States and several countries. I served as the Vice President of Diversity for an international women’s ministry, and most recently served as an interim President and CEO of Synergy Women’s Network focused on female entrepreneurship, nonprofit development, and advocacy.
